Training is considered by Strategic Aviation Services to be the building blocks of a reliable, safe, efficient and profitable operation.
To achieve excellence in the services we provide, we understand the need to properly train and prepare our staff. By providing extensive initial training and consistent recurrent training, we can provide the tools our staff need to accomplish the job safely and confidently. Properly trained staff reduces the opportunity for accidents and facilitates the ability to deliver on our commitments.
All initial training of new staff is conducted over a course of 4-5 days, consisting of classroom work, practical and written as well as job shadowing during an operation under the supervision of the trainer. During the training period, the student employee is provided with all airline related training material as well as training to cover an introduction to our company and employment expectations.
All courses are delivered by certified trainers from within the company. Strategic Aviation Services is fortunate to have the ability to train large numbers of staff at one of our central locations in order to facilitate smooth transitions during station start-up's of additional operations.
